Litrepstar is a product discovery platform. We do not sell products, process orders, approve returns, issue refunds, or manage after-sales support. Purchases are completed through third-party purchasing agents or marketplaces, and return/refund policies are managed by those platforms. This guide explains how the process typically works.
How Returns Work
Returns when buying through purchasing agents work differently from regular online shopping. There are generally two scenarios:
- Before international shipping (QC stage) — If the agent's QC photos show a problem, you may be able to request a return to the Chinese seller through your agent, subject to the seller's and agent's policy
- After international shipping — Returns after the package has been shipped internationally are usually more difficult, slower, and more expensive because the item may need to be sent back to China
QC Photos — Your Best Protection
Quality Check (QC) photos are one of the most useful tools when buying through purchasing agents. When items arrive at the agent's warehouse, the agent may provide photos for your review. Use that stage to check visible defects, incorrect sizes, wrong colors, packaging issues, and obvious mismatches before approving international shipping. QC photos are not a product guarantee, but reviewing them early can reduce the chance of a costly return later.
Refund Process
When a return is approved by the seller or agent, refunds are often credited to your purchasing agent account balance rather than your original payment method. Processing times, fees, eligibility, and timelines vary by platform, seller, item condition, and payment route. Always check the specific agent's terms before ordering.
